The Heart Behind Kingdom Business Fellowship
Kingdom: Not religion. Not tradition. We represent the Gospel of the Kingdom of God: a message with the power to transform people, workplaces and communities.
Business: The marketplace is our mission field. It is where people gather every day across cultures, industries, backgrounds and beliefs.
Fellowship: We are a Spirit-led community that values people, relationships and the understanding that every person is made in the image of God.
Structured for Growth. Built for Accountability.
Kingdom Business Fellowship is organised through a structure of local Chapters, National Boards and Global leadership.
The local foundation of KBF, bringing Ambassadors together geographically or by function. Each Chapter is led by a committee of at least three people, including a chairperson.
National leadership provides direction, accountability and support for Chapters operating within each country.
The Global Board provides overall leadership and coordination for the international growth and direction of Kingdom Business Fellowship. This structure allows KBF to grow while maintaining accountability, order and a shared vision.
Our Purpose We are an arm of the body of Christ, Kingdom Business Fellowship exists to strengthen the reach of the Church in the marketplace. We do not replace the local church. We support and complement it.
The marketplace is where every nation, culture, and background collides. It’s the “world” Jesus so loved. It’s where the Great Commission plays out in real time, and most believers walk into it every day, unequipped and unaware. KBF closes that gap. Every day is sacred. Every workplace is a mission field. We recruit, train, equip and deploy believers to become disciples who influence their own networks and relationships for the Kingdom of God.
The marketplace is fertile ground, and it’s been left unharvested. Millions of believers enter workplaces every day with relationships, influence and opportunities that may never exist within the walls of a traditional church.
KBF exists to help believers recognise their assignment. We equip people to stop separating faith from work and start living as disciples wherever they have been placed.
We believe every sphere of society belongs under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and Business is our assignment.
The marketplace is where most believers spend the majority of their waking hours yet it is often the most overlooked mission field. KBF was created as a marketplace fellowship helping men and women see their workplace not as a distraction from their faith, but as the very platform God has given them to live it out.
Our mission is simple: to raise up a generation of believers who carry Kingdom values into boardrooms, shop floors, offices, and marketplaces. Bringing integrity, excellence, and the love of Christ to every transaction and every relationship. As the movement grows, local Chapters will connect believers geographically and by function, creating a structure that supports fellowship, discipleship, leadership development and Kingdom impact.
We do this by helping believers:
